Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

I tried both a 2XL and a 3XL (I am a 22AU) because I was worried the legs would be tight and cause bulging, but they aren't. I could've even gone down another size to an XL for added support and shape around the backside and stomach. However, I am happy with the 2XL.
