Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

220 lb, 5’6”, bra 42h. The fringe looks created in person but will probably look nicer when wet. Not bad enough to keep me from wearing it. It has a bit of side boob which I’m not a fan of. Keeping it as a back up!

I'm very happy with this bathing suit. It's super nice materials. The suit makes you look smaller.
I wear size XL in shirts and size 12-14 in pants so I ordered a 2X in the suit and it's a perfect fit.
