Bend at your waist to one side. The point where your body creases is your natural waist. Stand up and wrap tape measure around the small of your waist.

HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

I needed a swimsuit and quickly chose this suit. I wasn't sure about this style as I've advanced in age and size since I wore a swimsuit. But, little 2.5 year old granddaughters tend to make you want to do anything they get excited about! I was somewhat surprised that it was comfortable, didn't make me feel more self conscious than I already did, and is just the right length.

If you are thinking about a swimsuit that is flattering but does not expose so much skin this is the one for you. I chose it because I am slender but have a bit if belly girth. This suit is very forgiving of that blemish. It is comfortable, does not ride up and the fabric is of good quality.
