HIPS

Stand with your legs together and measure over the widest portion of your hips; this typically includes the fullest part of your rear.

TORSO

Starting from the center of the shoulder, run a tape measure diagonally across your body, between your legs and back up the other side to the starting point.

Refer to the table on the suits size to confirm your correct size.

I needed some swim shorts that were comfortable and fit like shorts. I am plus size and a little older. Regular one piece swim suits are too short for me. I have a longer torso. I normally don't order clothes online and was worried these shorts wouldn't fit. They are perfect. They wash well, they don't become loose when swimming, and air dry quickly.
